WEBSITE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At BeYouTiful we do everything we can to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. However, in the event that a return or exchange must be made, the following rules apply:

  • Unworn merchandise in its original condition, with all original tags attached may be returned/exchanged within 7 days of the original date of purchase for a credit card refund or other merchandise (Return packages must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Packages postmarked later will automatically be returned at the expense of the customer). Credit card refunds will only be credited to the card that was used to make the purchase. Credit Card refunds are available for online purchase only if returned by mail . If the return is made in-store you will receive a store credit.
  • All jewelry, handbags, lingerie, sale, special orders and damaged merchandise are final sale and no refunds or exchanges are allowed. No price adjustments. No exceptions.
  • Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee.
  • All return and exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for lost and uninsured packages without proof of delivery. Please ship all returns in the original packaging and include the completed “Return/Exchange Request Form” and ship to:

All returns must meet the above criteria. In the event that a return/exchange does not meet the above criteria the return will not be accepted and will be returned at the expense of the customer.

SHIPPING

Most orders usually ship within 1-2 business from the date the order was placed.

International Orders:

We ship all international orders using the United States Post Office. Shipping Rates for packages shipped outside the continental US vary.
